Erisa Administrative Services, Inc., a New Mexico corporation also known as EASI, develops and maintains these digital services and administers benefit programs for the New Mexico Public Schools Insurance Authority (NMPSIA). Protecting your private information is our priority. We collect only the information needed to administer the benefit plans you have elected. By using our website or mobile application, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

The NMPSIA website provides program resources, forms, announcements, and general information to support members, employers, and partners. The NMPSIA Mobile Application is designed for inquiry purposes only. Through the app you may review your premium payment history, benefit elections, and related benefit plan information published by NMPSIA. To submit or update personal data and enrollment information, you must complete the formal in-person or online processes and provide the required supporting documents. You may use the mobile application to request assistance from NMPSIA personnel for updates or new enrollment needs.

The mobile application accesses a database created and maintained by EASI for specific member information only. All information supplied through the Employee Enrollment Application or by your employer is securely maintained in the database. This data may include items such as name, address, Social Security number, benefit choices, employment status, dependent coverage, and beneficiary designations. These data are encrypted for security purposes.

Access to this data through the mobile application requires secure log-in protocols with multi-factor authentication. The application records the date, time, and IP address for each access to the database. It also detects attempts by unauthorized users to download or access multiple records in a single log-in and prohibits such activity. The mobile application does not provide tools to enter or update personal information directly.

Use of Google Analytics

NMPSIA uses Google Analytics on our website to better understand how visitors engage with our content and to improve the user experience. Google Analytics collects anonymized information such as the pages you visit, the time you spend on those pages, your browser type, and general location information derived from IP addresses. We do not use Google Analytics for targeted advertising or to build marketing profiles, and we do not collect or share personal information for advertising purposes. NMPSIA and EASI do not sell, rent, distribute, publish, or release your personal information in any form to anyone. Information within the database may be shared with related parties such as NMPSIA staff, authorized vendors (including actuarial consultants, wellness educators, and case managers), school district human resources personnel, and benefit plan carriers (such as BlueCross BlueShield of New Mexico and Presbyterian Health Plan) as described in the Program Guide.

EASI may disclose demographic data—such as premium amounts, age, family size, gender, and benefit choices—if required by NMPSIA or as otherwise mandated by law.

Changes to this Statement

We will update this policy as needed to reflect changes to applicable laws, regulations, or NMPSIA guidelines, as well as updates to our digital services. Significant changes will be communicated through our website or other appropriate channels.
